Payment is accepted only via PayPal.
I will begin working on the commission only after payment is confirmed.
Payment options:
Full payment upfront, or
50% upfront and 50% upon completion
Failure to complete the final payment will result in withholding the final artwork.Artist Rights
As the artist, I retain full rights to the artwork, its creation process, and its original files.
I reserve the right to:
Share the artwork in my portfolio and social media
Use the artwork for self-promotion unless otherwise agreed
It is strictly prohibited to:
Remove my watermark
Claim the artwork as your own
Alter the artwork without permission
Use the artwork without my permissionCommercial Use
The client must clearly inform in advance if the commission will be used for commercial purposes.
Commercial rights are not automatically granted and require my explicit approval.
Additional fees and specific terms will apply depending on usage.
If commercial use is not declared before the start of the commission, the artwork will be considered personal use only, and I retain full rights over the artwork and its process.
Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.Process and Revisions
I allow up to 3 revision stages only:
Sketch
Coloring
Final render
Clients must request changes during these stages.
Major changes (pose, composition, concept) are not allowed after the sketch is approved.
Pose and composition cannot be changed during or after the rendering stage.
Additional elements must be requested before the sketch phase and will not be added mid-process.Communication
Any delays or unforeseen issues will be communicated as soon as possible.
Clients are welcome to request updates via email or Instagram at any time.Refusal Rights
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission that makes me uncomfortable or violates these terms.Usage (Personal Use)
Allowed personal uses include:
Profile pictures
Wallpapers
Personal posts
Credit is required when possible.AI Usage Policy
The use of my artwork in any form of artificial intelligence (AI) is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Training AI models
Image generation tools
Editing or modifying through AI software
Uploading my artwork to any AI system or dataset is not allowed under any circumstances.Refund Policy
A 100% refund will be issued if I am unable to complete the artwork.
If the client cancels:
Before the coloring stage: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded
After the coloring stage has begun: only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded
